Herefordshire pub listed with estate agents

A pub in Ross-on-Wye has joined the growing list of local drinking establishments being put up for sale.

The New Inn at St Owens Cross in Herefordshire has been placed on the market with the estate agent Sidney Phillips, which is inviting offers in the region of £365,000. The 16th century watering hole also includes two en-suite bedrooms that can be let out, used as a bed and breakfast, or lived in by the new owner or landlord.
