A popular printing shop in York has been put up for sale for £25,000.
The owners of Zik Zak, on the city’s Fossgate, have spent 17 years building up their personalised printing business but now want to step aside.
The owners have placed an advert in the shop window in which they claim a new tenant would be able to make their money back in the space of a year.
“Over the last 17 years the business has become very well respected and has established itself as “the go-to shop” within the city of York,” the ad reads.
“We enjoy high rankings on Google when searching for T-shirt printers in York and have held number one slot for many years in the local market place, which has helped the many tourists find their way to us.”
The shop also comes with a dedicated website, www.zikzak.co.uk.
