Description
We set up our business in December last year. It is an off-licence and convectionist. We sell tabacco, sweets and alcohol. It has the potential to be turned into a convenience store. It is in an ideal location next to a set of traffic lights in the town centre so there is a lot of passing trade. Opposite there are plans for a town carpark to be built and there are over one hundred houses being built in the surrounding area. It is a very big property which we have a tenancy agreement on. It has the potential to be turned into a convenience store. There is up to date CCTV fitted which is within the guidelines required, there are fixtures and fitting including shelves and a counter. A till, card machine and fridges are included also all the stock there which include spirits, bitters, lagers ciders and wines. There is a petition wall in the shop at the moment but there is plenty of room to expand back to turn it into a convenience store. I have an up to date cashbook including purchasing and sales receipts as its a new business we are breaking even but there is a potential to earn more. From the business plan the estimated turnover in sales is 140k and its breakeven is 80k. The reason we are selling is that my partner has a long term illness so i have to look after him.
