The business has a national network of customers, which spread from the south coast to Scotland and specialises in the deep cleaning of canopies, ducting and ventilation fan systems, ovens and all kitchen equipment in food preparation areas such as kitchens in restaurants. There are also existing cleaning contracts in Europe.
They also carry out full kitchen deep cleaning, food hygiene screening, extraction system audits and fit 100% fire proof duct access doors.
All work is certified on completion which is a standard requirement of the Environmental Health Department and may also be a condition for obtaining fire insurance cover. All existing customers have a photographic data base from pre and post clean.
The business is in a very enviable position in that because of the strict health guidelines laid down by the Government; most reputable kitchens dare not take the risk of having a dirty kitchen which ensures a constant work stream.
The majority of work is undertaken and completed, during the night/ out of trading hours when the kitchens are closed for business. These are generally cleaned on a 3/6 monthly basis.
