Description
Small but busy, laser(IPL) hair, pigment and vein removal clinic working out of a well established hair and beauty salon in Knightsbridge. I originally owned the whole business but 2 years ago decided that I wanted to slow down and so sold the lease to a hairdresser and made all the therapists self employed. I now want to sell the laser part of my business to, either a beauty therapist or a nurse to enable me to retire. I rent a treatment room in my old salon from the new leaseholder. I have a licence to rent and a new licence would be easily granted from the leaseholder. The purchase price is based on the laser machine which is worth £10,000/£15,000 and the goodwill. (I have had 21 new clients in the past 6 weeks.)
