We have an excellent reputation with customers and many new jobs come from recommendations. Tools, vans and equipment are available to purchase with the sale and are open to offers. The work force comprises of 3, including 2 owners and all 3 work a 5 day week. The annual turnover is in excess of £160,000. Our full time employee is a qualified tree surgeon and an experienced landscape gardener. Our company has regular customers for garden maintenance, which guarantees approx £90,000 per annum turnover. We will be prepared to introduce a new purchaser to our customers and will help to ensure a smooth transfer of the business. The company maintenance contracts comprise of 40% domestic and 60% commercial. Although our business is home based, we do own a Container for the storage of all the equipment and rent a yard for storage of materials. This yard is situated at a cement works so it has easy access to aggregates.
