This is a flat pack furniture wholesaler, which, although only been trading for the last 3 years, is very well established. The current vendor started the business and has nurtured it to success but due to other business interests, is reluctantly selling. The business comprises mainly of selling catalogue returns stock from Argos and Tesco. There is also some manufacturers overstocks. Naturally, buy in price is low and a very food premium can be charged to the retail outlets who buy from him. The retail can sell at a low price thus making available to the public, affordable flat pack furniture which will sell well during this period of recession. Although the business buys in from only one manufacturer at present, 3 -4 other suppliers have voiced their willingness to also supply.
