This leading supplier of barcodes and barcode verification systems was originally established by the current owner in 1999, to absorb an acquisition. Since that time it has become recognised as a leading supplier in the industry and is particularly well known within the UK having traded on its origins founded back in 1982. Services and products are sold primarily to printers, packaging companies, supermarkets and other retailers. REA, the leading German brand of barcode verification equipment, is sold actively by the company and generates c. 45% of current turnover. Other current sales are made up of blank labels and ribbons for barcode printing (30%), sales of Zebra printers for barcode printing (10%) and repairs, origination, maintenance contracts and training (15%).
